Sunrise Montessori School follows the Franklin Public School policy on delays/closings. Our Head of School contacts parents and staff in the event of a delay or closing.

This year Sunrise Montessori School turns 20! Our anniversary committee is planning several events and festivities that will take place throughout the 2025 - 2026 school year.

Sunrise will celebrate 20 fantastic years in Franklin.
We will gather and share comments from our school’s founding members, former and current Board of Directors, former and current parents & students and our wonderful teaching staff.

We have a limited supply of t-shirts (children & adult sized), heavy weight sweatshirts (adult), baseball caps, knit beanie style hats, pull string bags and canvas bags for sale.
Items are on display inside the school and may be purchased now or ordered for a later date.

Scholastic Book Club orders: Online orders may be submitted anytime. Orders are grouped for free shipping ($35 minimum order). Please inquire at the office if you have any questions. Our next group order will be placed February 13, 2026.
